A local meal-kit company from Central Point, Oregon.
True Table started with a simple frustration: cooking at home should be the easy, affordable option — but the grocery store makes it anything but. The list, the crowds, the ingredients you buy for one recipe and never use again, the produce that goes soft before you get to it.
So we flipped the model. Instead of you driving to the groceries, the groceries — precisely measured, portioned, and packaged for the exact meals you picked — come to you. You still cook fresh food at home, with real ingredients. We just take the tedious parts off your plate: the shopping, the measuring, and the mental math.
We’re launching right here in Central Point, Oregon, on purpose. Local means fresher ingredients, shorter trips from kitchen to doorstep, and a business that answers to its neighbors. As we grow, we plan to partner with Southern Oregon producers so more of your food dollars stay in the valley.

Every kit contains exactly what the recipe needs — measured to the gram. No more half-bunches of herbs or bags of rice you’ll never finish. We buy smarter in bulk, portion precisely, and keep packaging to what the food actually needs.
Local first
We’re building True Table to support local food producers as we scale — sourcing from Southern Oregon farms and suppliers wherever we can, and growing one community at a time.
